Cynthia grew up in Archbold, Ohio (where no one knew what modern dance was) and has lived in North Carolina for more than 15 years. She holds a BBA in accounting from The University of Toledo and a MS from Eastern Michigan University.Sarah Tondu | Director of Performances and Community Relations

Sarah Tondu received her BA and MFA in dance from Mills College in Oakland, California. Her previous experience at ADF include the position of Performances Intern in 1993, House Manager from 1997-2000 and Director of School Administration from 2001-2007.Dean Jeffrey | Archivist

Cayte Connell grew up in Iowa City, IA, and received a BA in dance from Beloit College in Beloit, WI. During college, she completed internships with the ADF and New York-based public relations firm Sperling Greene Associates. Nicolle grew up in New York City and New Jersey. In 2005 she received a BFA in Dance and Choreography from Virginia Commonwealth University. After spending a year living in Europe, she returned to NYC in 2006 and joined the staff of ADF as the Executive Assistant. In October 2007, she moved to Durham, NC to continue working at the ADF as the Director of School Administration and Student Affairs.Monica Barco | Graphic & Web Designer

Monica earned a BFA in Visual Communications with a concentration in Graphic Design from American InterContinental University. She was a wedding photographer and assistant for 3 years prior to joining the ADF staff as the Graphic & Web Designer in September of 2006.Michele Wilson | Development Associate

Michele was raised in Elmira, NY and received her BFA in dance from SUNY Brockport in 2007. She has held positions as the Food and Housing Coordinator and a Performances Intern prior to joining the ADF full time in August of 2007.Jocelyn McIntosh | Executive Assistant

Jocelyn was raised in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. She earned her BA in both dance and printmaking from SUNY Brockport, where she actively choreographed, performed, and exhibited work. She also studied through the University of Georgia in Cortona, Italy. Jocelyn worked as a Sponsorship Associate at the DUMBO Arts Center prior to joining the ADF in the Executive Assistant position.
