The 2009 January Intensive program is now full.

 

To Apply to the 2009 January Intensive:

    1. Download the Application
    2. Fill out the application by typing directly into the form or by printing and filling it out by hand.
      (Please note that you will have to print the application for your signature.)
    3. Send the completed and signed application with the $200 deposit to:
